Rocky's Gallery is operated by Project Sparks (Guy Hutchins, Half Moon Bay, California). We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to fulfill your order.

What we collect

• Order info: your email, billing address, and what you bought. Required to process the sale and deliver your download link.
• Payment info: handled by Shopify Payments / Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Site analytics: aggregated anonymous traffic data via Shopify's built-in analytics. No personal identifiers.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your email with third parties.
• We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in at checkout.
