Refund policy

This refund policy applies to all purchases from Rocky's Gallery (https://rockysgallery.com).

Digital downloads

All products sold by Rocky's Gallery are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.

However, we will issue a refund or replacement if any of the following apply:

  • The file you received is corrupted or unreadable.
  • The file you received does not match the product you purchased.
  • You did not receive a download link within 24 hours of a successful purchase.

To request a refund or report a problem, email guitarmanndude69@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

1/1 Drops

Items purchased from the 1/1 Drop tier are exclusive — once sold, the image is retired forever and is not resold at any price. The same refund terms above apply, but a refund of a 1/1 piece returns the image to retired status; it is not re-listed for sale.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve any issue directly and quickly.
